English: The Downing & Vaux Condominium, previously known as Hammond Court, is located at 1537 30th Street NW in the Georgetown neighborhood of Washington, D.C. The original corner structure, 1517 30th Street NW, is historically known as the Francis Dodge House and is across the street from the Robert P. Dodge House. It was built in 1853 and designed by Andrew Jackson Downing and Calvert Vaux. Adjoining apartment buildings designed by Carl Bismarck Keferstein were added in 1903. The original building is listed on the District of Columbia Inventory of Historic Sites. The entire complex is a contributing property to the Georgetown Historic District.
