Downfall Creek rises in Everton Park, Brisbane. It flows roughly north east collecting several tributary streams, Somerset Creek, Beor Street Creek, Stadcor Street Creek, Goss Road Creek, before its confluence with Zillman Waterholes at Virginia. From there it is called Nundah Creek and flows through the Boondall Wetlands to join Cabbage Tree Creek at it estuary at Bramble Bay.
