Français : Dieudonné Costes, né le 4 novembre 1892 à Septfonds (Tarn-et-Garonne), mort à Paris le 18 mai 1973, était un aviateur français, célèbre notamment pour sa première traversée de l'Atlantique Sud sans escale en 1927, puis pour sa première traversée de l'Atlantique Nord sans escale (dans le sens Est-Ouest) en 1930. Dieudonné Costes repose au cimetière parisien de Passy, non loin d'autres célébrités du monde de l'aviation : Henri Farman, Maurice Bellonte et l'avionneur Marcel Dassault.

English: Dieudonné Costes, born November 4, 1892 in Septfonds (Tarn-et-Garonne), died in Paris on May 18, 1973, was a French aviator, famous in particular for his first non-stop crossing of the South Atlantic in 1927 , then for his first non-stop crossing of the North Atlantic (in the East-West direction) in 1930. Dieudonné Costes rests in the Parisian cemetery of Passy, not far from other celebrities from the world of aviation: Henri Farman, Maurice Bellonte and aircraft manufacturer Marcel Dassault.
