English: The steel barque Cupica was built in 1888 in Londonderry by C.J. Bigger. 1,210 tons. 1907 the ship was sold to the German company A. Hartrodt and 1911 to a Norwegian company. Finally it flew the Canadian flag and was sunk by a German submarine in 1917 off the coast of England.[1][2][3]
