English: Colne—in Huntingdonshire (now part of Cambridgeshire), England — is a village near Earith north-east of St Ives.It is around from Huntingdon where there are also railway connections to London and the North. There are no shops in Colne itself but there is a Pub, "The green man", a Church, "St Helen's", and an egg farm. The nearest shop is less than a mile away in Bluntisham to the south. Colne in the past has also been known as Collen (xiii cent.); Colneye (xiv cent.)."Colne" is pronounced "cone".
