Livre d'Heures conservé à la bibliothèque du patrimoine de Clermont Auvergne Métropole.

Calendrier aux ff. 2 r° à 11 v° où figurent St. Alyre (Juin), St. Austremoine (Novembre)...

Décor : bouts de lignes, lettrines, initiales ornées ou historiées, marges décorées. St. Jean, f. 12 r° ; St. Luc, ff. 13 r° ; St. Marc, ff. 15 r° ; le Christ, ff. 15 v° ; paon, ff. 43 v° ; fuite en Egypte, ff; 47 r° ; Bethsabée au bain, ff; 66 v° ; la mort saisit la vive, ff. 75 r°.

Rel. basane brune sur ais de bois, dos à 4 nerfs, décor à froid, roulettes, XVe s.

  • 15e s. : armes peintes non identifiées au ff 11 v° (d'or à 4 pals de gueule à la bordure d'azur chargée de 8 croix d'argent le tout brochant sur...) & au ff. 22 v° ( en 1 de gueule au soleil d'or accompagnant en chef 3 arbres plantés d'argent et en 2 d'azur aux 2 épées d'argent posées en sautoir chargé de 3 roses (?) d'or).
  • 16e s. : Le calendrier est annoté de la main d'Anthoine Chabre, (Riom, 30.VI.1594), lieutenant criminel en la sénéchaussée de Riom pour consigner les naissances issues de son mariage avec Marguerite Ribeyre le 18.II.1624. Cf. Remacle, I, p. 388 & III, p. 186.
  • 1980 : achat à la librairie Jean Viardot
  • 1987 : Restauration Michel Arnaud, Clermont.
