This window was made by Heaton Butler and Bayne, with angels in the style of Perugino. The painting of the child playing a musical instrument is taken from Carpaccio. The mourning figure in the lower panel is taken from an ancient tombstone in a museum at Athens.(Source: Derbyshire Courier, Saturday 25 April 1885 p8 col3: Chesterfield Parish Church, new stained glass windows)
