English: Charles Cooper Uniacke Penrose Fitzgerald (30 April 1841 – 11 August 1921) was a RN Vice-Admiral. He also wrote a biography of George Tron, his autobiography and some other nautical related works. He painted waterclours. Original surname Penrose-Fitzgerald, he officially changed this to Uniacke-Penrose-Fitzgerald in later life.
