English: The chancel of Kilfenora is the roofless section east of the nave. It is famous for its east window in the transitional style of the so called School of the West, created in the end of the 12th century (Weststropp estimated c. 1170, for Leask c. 1200 appeared more probable) and the canopied tomb niche in the north wall which considers Leask to be a work of the second quarter of the 15th century.
