Français : Le château de Poilvache, aujourd'hui en ruines, est perché au sommet d'une falaise surplombant la Meuse. Fort médieval du XIIIe siècle Poilvache domine le village de Houx à environ cinq kilomètres au nord de Dinant, dans la vallée de la Haute-Meuse namuroise.
Nederlands: De middeleeuwse ruïnes van het kasteel en het versterkte dorp Poilvache bevinden zich op het grondgebied van Évrehailles, een deel van de Belgische gemeente Yvoir, op de rechteroever van de Maas. Vanaf de rotsachtige heuvel waarop de vesting zich bevindt heeft men een goed uitzicht over de vallei van de Maas. De ruïnes zijn van archeologisch belang en worden beschermd als Uitzonderlijk Erfgoed van het Waals Gewest.
