Norsk bokmål: Cato Maximilian Guldberg (født 11. august 1836 i Christiania, død 14. februar 1902 i Kristiania) var en norsk matematiker og fysiker. Han er mest kjent for at han i 1864 utviklet massevirkningsloven sammen med sin kollega og svoger Peter Waage.
