The Caledon Conifer Forests Ecoregion is a designated ecoregion by WWF and One Earth. It is classified as a Temperate Conifer Forests Biome. It is one of five ecoregions in the Great Britain, Ireland & Faroe Islands Bioregion.
In addition to pine forests, this ecoregion also includes heathlands that occur above the tree line (above approximately 500-600m).
