English: This sculpture of Abraham Lincoln, without a beard, was originally carved in marble in 1908 by Gutzon Borglum, and presented to the United States Congress in the same year by Eugene Meyer, Jr. Several copies of the sculpture, many cast in bronze, sit in various locations. This is not the only bust of Lincoln by Borglum.
