English: Bust of Mikael Agricola in Lahti, Finland. It was unveiled in 1953 and is located in the park Erkonpuisto. Original bust by finnish sculptor Emil Wikström (1864-1942), unveiled in 1908 in Vyborg. It is a gesture to the former Vyborg residents evacuated to Lahti after the war. It was also thought, that Agricola's mother was of tawastian origin and the bust was erected to honor her.
Suomi: Mikael Agricolan patsas Lahdessa. Patsas on paljastettu 1953 Erkonpuistossa. Alkuperäinen patsas on suomalaisen kuvanveistäjä Emil Wikströmin (1864-1942), se paljastettiin 1908 in Viipurissa. Lahden valosta pidetään huomionosoituksena Lahteen evakuoiduille viipurilaisille. Argicolan äitiä pidettiin hämäläisalkuisena ja patsaan ajateltiin olevan kunnianosoitus hänelle.
