English: Bundwerk is a style of traditional timber framing with the decorative framework exposed on the outside of the sheathing. Found mostly in the historical region of North Tyrol and South Tyrol now parts of Austria and Italy in the Alps. There is no English article on the subject as of February 2013. The bundwerk article in German says this style was most popular from 1830-1860.
