English: This footbridge over the Middlesex Canal was funded by Peter Chardon Brooks to reconnect the two halves of his property, replacing a wooden bridge built by the Canal Company. Made of Chelmsford granite, it was an early design by George Rumford Baldwin. It was demolished in 1911.
