Brooke Manor was a Greek Revival house built circa 1840 in Birdsboro, Pennsylvania, for ironmaker Edward Brooke. Architect Frank Furness altered and enlarged it in 1875. It was demolished in 1961. St. Mark's Lutheran Church now occupies its site.
