English: D3719 entered service with British Rail in October 1959 and renumbered into the TOPS series as 09008 in March 1974. It was named Sheffield Childrens Hospital from September 1990 until September 1993. It was withdrawn by English, Welsh & Scottish railway in May 2004 and sold to the Harry Needle Railroad Company but was later stripped for spare parts.
