This was built in 1981 as the Plymouth Brethren Christian Church "city room" (main meeting room) for the Croydon area. Following the consolidation of the Croydon-area and Sutton-area congregations and the completion of the larger new regional meeting room at Metcalf Avenue, Carshalton Beeches, it was demolished and a school was built on the site.
