English: Birdum (1929 - c.1945) — former railway settlement in the in the Northern Territory of Australia.
- Now a ghost town, it features on an unusually high proportion of vintage 20th century world globes, from being the end of the North Australia Railway line.
- It played a role for the World War II home front in Australia, with temporary bases and evacuation hospitals.
