English: The Bearskin Grove — a giant sequoia grove located in Giant Sequoia National Monument in the western Sierra Nevada of California. It was the first grove to be affected when the Forest Service began clearcutting giant sequoia groves in the 1980s. Despite this, no giant sequoias found in this grove have ever been logged.
