Beşir Fuat intellectual, writer, former military person (1852–1887). He is regarded as the “First Turkish Positivist and Naturalist”. He was son of Georgian Hurşit Pasha (descendant from Kobuleti) and Habibe Hanım (Georgian from Giresun).
