English: Baobing (Chinese: 刨冰, pronounced bàobīng in Mandarin) is an ice-based dessert that is common in China, Taiwan, Malaysia and Vietnam. It is similar to Japanese kakigōri, Korean patbingsu, etc. It is also a popular item at Taiwanese eateries in the United States.[1]
