Armando Cossutta (2 September 1926 in Milan – 14 December 2015 in Rome) was an Italian politician and journalist, prominent member of the Italian Communist Party and then founder of the Communist Refoundation Party of which he became president. During his political career he was amongst the most pro-Soviet Communists of his party.
