Achill and Diomede. Fragmentary white-ground Kylix of Typus B, diameter 31cm, 5.5cm high except foot. Signed by potter Euphronios, attributed to the Pistoxenos Painter (John D. Beazley), about 480-470 BC. Found in the ruins of the roman thermae of Vulci, 1842 bought by Eduard Gerhard for the Antikensammlung. Antikensammlung Berlin im Alten Museum, Inventarnummer F 2282 (CVA Berlin 3).
