Statue of Emperor Hadrian (117-138 AD). Found in 1970 (torso) and 1971 (head) in the Northern Monumental Nymphaeum in Perge. Roman, second century AD.
Except for his right hand it is almost complete. The head is sculpted in accordance with the characteristics of Hadrian, including his nose. He wears a tunic with at the bottom a row of rounded panels called pterygs.
Source: Sculptures of the Museum in Antalya (2008, the catalogue has a question mark behind Hadrian, but in the text claims "we can be certain this statue is Emperor Hadrian").
