English: Rothley carriage works shunter. Built at the Andrew Barclay's Caledonian Works in Kilmarnock and originally bore the name Duke of Edinburgh. Her second name of Bardon came from her shunting work at Bardon Hill Quarry, which she did up until 1981, then falling into a state of disuse. Despite this she was still able to work when she was donated to the Great Central's supporting charity for use with the Permanent Way Team and assistant to the track laying to Leicester North. She is now working at Rothley, shunting rolling stock in the carriage sidings and the Railway Vehicle Preservations Ltd shed, replacing Arthur Wright when she was withdrawn.
