Soviet architect. The author of the buildings of the Soviet Embassy in Berlin (1951) and Helsinki (1952). He graduated from the Faculty of Architecture MVTU im. Bauman in 1934. Member of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union since 1937. Chief architect for foreign construction of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR. Since 1945 he worked at the Embassy of the USSR in Romania. Since December 1948 - Chief Architect of the Office of the Political Advisor of the Soviet Military Administration in Germany in Berlin. Designs the building of the Embassy. He is building the Soviet Embassy in Helsinki.

Советский архитектор. Автор зданий Советского Посольства в Берлине (1951) и Хельсинки (1952). Окончил архитектурный факультет МВТУ им. Баумана в 1934 году. Член Коммунистической партии (ВКПб) с 1937 года. Главный архитектор по заграничному строительству МИД СССР. С 1945 года работал в Посольстве СССР в Румынии.
