Allen Evans (1849–1925) was the principal draftsman for the architectural firm of Frank Furness in the late-1870s. In 1881 he was made a partner, and the firm was renamed Furness & Evans. In 1886 other employees were made partners, and the firm was renamed Furness, Evans & Company. The firm continued under that name until about 1931, long after the deaths of Furness and Evans.
