English: The house located at 1524 33rd Street NW in the Georgetown neighborhood of Washington, D.C., is also known as the Yellow Tavern. The house was built in 1795, although a plaque on the exterior gives the incorrect date of 1788. The plaque is also incorrect in labeling the house as the former Yellow Tavern, which was actually located nearby at Q Street and Wisconsin Avenue NW. (further info) The house previously served as the residence of Senator Charles Henderson. The building is listed on the District of Columbia Inventory of Historic Sites and is a contributing property to the Georgetown Historic District.
