As of 2017 it contains a shop named Luc, the Despard Gallery, the Kosaten Japanese Restaurant, and apartments or hotel apartments. The building has been extended with a relatively modern brick building to the right and at the back, so that the combined buildings are addressed as 13-17 Castray Esplanade.
