English: 14 Frances Street is a house in Lidcombe, New South Wales. It was the former residence of convicted criminal and former deputy mayor of Auburn City Council, Salim Mehajer. The property has six bedrooms and five bathrooms (Mitchell, 2017) and features a Persian Onyx staircase that was featured in rapper Bow Wow's video Too Real, underground parking for 13 cars, a "highly-integrated security system with 56 surveillance cameras", multiple office spaces, an elevator, and a private sauna (Mitchell, 2017).
Auburn Council retroactively approved unauthorised building work in December 2014, including allowing the building to be higher than the maximum height by more than 3 meters which was caused by the lift enclosure and stairs to the roof, causing it to reach 12.27 meters (McKenny, August 2015) Mehajer was sued by the building contractor who built the Onyx staircase, who claimed they had not been paid around $15,000 (McKenny, October 2015).
