Русский: Логические интегральные микросхемы 102 серии строились на германии. Основой серии служил "универсальный элемент" - монолитная пара германиевых транзисторов c германиевым нагрузочным резистором, служившая переключателем тока. Согласно официальной версии, приводимой в большинстве мемуарных книг, прототип серии были разработаны в КБ Рижского завода полупроводниковых приборов ("Альфа") в 1962. В 1961-1965 на его основе создали семейство логических ИС в корпусах-лодочках, вмещавших до четырёх германиевых пар. Позже в рамках того же проекта "Квант" появились родственные серии 103, 116 и 117. Основная область применения - авиационные бортовые системы, в т.ч. Ил-76 и Ан-22. Разработанные для него микросхемы и модули выпускались до середины 1990-х годов.
English: The 102 series of integrated circuits were, arguably, the first Soviet integrated circuits (1962), and they used not silicon but germanium. The "heart" of the series was a germanium dual pnp-transistor with an integrated germanium collector load, serving as a logic switch. By 1965 the series evolved into a more or less complete logic family packaged into flat metal cans; later, the same project codenamed Quant spawned similar 103, 116 and 117 series. They was widely used in Soviet avionics, particularly the IL-76 and AN-22 systems, and was manufactured into the 1990s to suit aircraft production.
