@Krinkle: I don't know how popular is RTRC here on Commons after it was hid. It should probably be accesible through a link in Tools menu of sidebar. IMO, en.wp's MediaWiki:Gadget-RTRC.js has more pros. I'd like also to see a RTRC tab on Special:RecentChanges, just like is in en:Special:RecentChanges (<li id="ca-nstab-special" class="selected">+<li id="ca-nstab-rtrc">). While RTRC is promoted via MediaWiki:WatchlistNotice, there is no quick access to this tool currently, or I'm missing something? --XXN, 20:03, 8 December 2016 (UTC)
