This isn't a white-bellied sea eagle, this is a whistling kite. The pattern on the wing is slightly different (the large pale patch looks like a wide diagonal line instead of a fanning shape) and the tail is completely pale brown without any darker areas. Compare this sea eagle to this whistling kite. While similar, that's 100% without a doubt a whistling kite. I don't know much about this website, so I don't know how to edit this file to show the correct species name.
