Correction necessary to map - Brazil is a party since 2009

Dear @The Blue Rider,

I noticed the map to the Vienna Convention displays incorrectly that Brazil is not a party to it. According to the UN Treaty Collection Page (https://treaties.un.org/Pages/ViewDetailsIII.aspx?src=TREATY&mtdsg_no=XXIII-1&chapter=23&Temp=mtdsg3&clang=_en), Brazil is a party to the 1969 Vienna Convention since 2009. I did fix the map, colouring Brazil blue, but I am not able to upload it here. Gutovl (talk) 23:00, 8 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
