X-axis labels

There is something wrong with the X-axis labels: there is one for every 5 years up to 1995, then comes 1999, the one every 5 years again.

Also, a year is an interval, not a point in time. It is not clear if the data point for, say, year 2014 is set to January 1 or to the middle of that year. — Preceding unsigned comment added by AdiJapan (talk • contribs) 01:23, 29 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
