Hi. I'm Takabeg from Turkish Wikipedia. This picture isn't "Tea House" for w:en:Japanese tea ceremony but The House for "randevu". We can read the caption of "not tea ceremony" Thus not tea ceremony. If you could understand Japanese, please read the article w:ja:待合茶屋 (Machiai Jaya: Machiai = Rendez-vous, Jaya means Chaya = "Tea House").
