I think this is actually the White Rainbow Bridge behing Chinese Garden's main entrance - as it counts 13 arches. The bridge between looks different and can actually be found on one of your other photos: File:Singapore_Chinesischer_Garten_Blick_von_der_Pagode_auf_die_Brücke_3.jpg
