Actually I believe the bottom line on the postcard says "Montevideo 5692" which is the Jewish year starting on Rosh Hashanah 12 September 1931.
- Pretty sure you're right. The letters are התרצב, which indicates the year you cited in major era notation). In modern Israeli Hebrew, there's a little more punctuation around it, for example ה'תרצ"ב (the Hebrew wikipedia article on the same year). — Moxfyre (t|c) 04:16, 30 May 2021 (UTC)
