Actually I believe the bottom line on the postcard says "Montevideo 5692" which is the Jewish year starting on Rosh Hashanah 12 September 1931.

Pretty sure you're right. The letters are התרצב, which indicates the year you cited in major era notation). In modern Israeli Hebrew, there's a little more punctuation around it, for example ה'תרצ"ב (the Hebrew wikipedia article on the same year). — Moxfyre (t|c) 04:16, 30 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
