I don't think this picture belongs to the Codex Egberti (Stadtbibliothek Trier, cod. 136, folio 18v)). It must belong to the Egbert Psalter (Museum of Cividale del Friuli) and represents, not Ruodprecht (who is on folio 16v offering the codex to Egbert on 17r), but Egbert offering the codex to Peter (folio 19r). The man on the picture wears the costume of a bishop, not of a monk. All this information is verified on a book (Liana Castelfranchi Vegas, L'Art de l'an mil en Europe).
