Not accurate map. First, why borders of Poland (someone may dislike, but de facto Rzeczpospolita was Poland) for comparisson are taken from pre-1667 situation? The treaty of 1667 was confirmed in 1686 as Eternal Peace Treaty of 1686, so I think territory from this date is mush important. Borders before 1667 were changing many times. Second, comparison of territory of Livonia with Latvia and Estonia is wrong. Livonian-Russian border went a bit western, neither today's Latvian-Russian or Estonian-Russian border, the same is with Livonian-Belarusian border, the border went more western. Therefore the current Latvia and Estonia are expanded compared with Livonia, but the map shows Pskov was part of Livonia! Third, Duchy of Courland, was not only a Lithuanian fief. Courland surended to King Sigismund Augustus, but not to Lithuania in 1561. Who in 1569 became king of Polish-Lithuanian commonwealth.
