Incorrect file name

It says "File:Poison Sumac Sapling.jpg" but the photo caption says "A young tree-of-heaven (Ailanthus altissima)" (which is what it is). Can the file name be changed to the correct species name, for all the people who will miss the photo caption and think the photo is of poison sumac, which it's not?
