I have a copyright question: why do we believe the original author of this photograph died prior to 1944 (since it is currently 2014) if we do not know who the author is? Shouldn't we apply the rule for unpublished anonymous or pseudonymous works, which would be 120 years from date of creation? --Bradleee (talk) 20:49, 5 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
