Added Category:Gilliam County, since the image description has it, that the accident happened 'near Arlingon,' which is one of the northernmost towns in Gilliam County, Oregon (itself one of the northernmost counties in the state). Because the accident happened in Oregon, then it's reasonably safe to assume, that the traffic event must have taken place in Gilliam County, too, per the 'near Arlington' line, which is most likely from the official statement of Oregon state traffic police. -Mardus /talk 06:49, 5 January 2017 (UTC)
