This has been discussed before (Commons:Deletion requests/File:DALL-E sample.png and Commons:Deletion requests/File:A Shiba Inu dog wearing a beret and black turtleneck DALLE2.jpg), both times the consensus was to keep. {{PD-algorithm}} would probably be a better license template though.
