I believe the use of the word "congestion" in the graphs is in error. Better would be "traffic jam". "Bound flow" is also a type of congestion. This is not a trivial error! - Ramptol (talk) 22:55, 23 May 2015 (UTC)
Much worse error: the labels "stable" and "instable" are backwards. Look carefully: the third graph contradicts the second graph. So, is "instable" the region close to congestion, or is it the opposite? How can free flow, with many seconds between cars, be "instable" as the 3rd graph shows, while the region closest to congestion is "stable?" This graph wasn't taken from a textbook, right?
