Only the small states have labels

As an Englishman, I can't recognise all the US states by location. The small states have both a label and the number of seats, but the large states have just the number of seats drawn within the state. This is inconsistent. For example, I recognise Texas and California without labels, but need help for some of the others. I suggest all have labels.
