The "VIII" on the upper right leads me to believe this may be the Carlsberg medical papyrus‎, which is numbered 8 in the Carlsberg collection, but with no other images of this papyrus, I have no way to confirm. — Preceding unsigned comment added by High-storian (talk • contribs) 01:02, 11 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Another possibility is the Chester Beatty collection, which also has a medical papyrus numbered VIII (BM 10688). Again, there are no images of this papyrus currently available on Wikimedia. Further research is certainly needed to identify this poorly described image. High-storian (talk) 21:17, 11 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The Chester Beatty VIII is described as the most fragmented of the Beatty medical papyri. The Carlsberg VIII is described as badly damaged, and was subject of much reconstruction. This excellently preserved papyrus may be a portion of Ebers or Edwin Smith, or perhaps not a medical papyrus at all. Still trying to identify ... file info is far too vague to be of any help.
