Apparently this work was done by [Maud Oakes] (American, 1903-1990) and not by Carla Witte (even though it appears all over the internet as if it were) It is one of the silkscreens that make up Maud Oakes portfolio "Where the Two Came to Their Father: Navajo War Ceremonial" from 1943

@Elulene: Thanks for this. I do not think I am qualified to say which of the museums has it correct; the easiest is probably to nominate this for deletion (since if Maud Oakes is the author we can not host it on Commons) and see what happens? Ymblanter (talk) 10:21, 8 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
